we created Corporate Coffee Systems, an office refreshment concept focused on service, relationships and a good cup of coffee. Since that time, our offerings have evolved in ways we never could have imagined. Though our founding principles remain core to our culture, today’s office client expects more diverse products to satisfy their employees.
As a result of those changing needs, our portfolio has evolved to include sustainable breakroom programs, locally-roasted artisan coffee, healthy and wellness products, cold brew coffee and so much more. Stocking your favorite brands of flavors is no longer enough. Through innovation and consultation, we have become product-sourcing experts for every conceivable refreshment option.

The Road We’ve Traveled
Corporate Coffee Systems was founded in February 1985 by David and Gregg Henchel and Donn Luti, with just $3,000 borrowed from a MasterCard. The company’s beginnings were marked by determination, long hours, and hands-on learning as the founders built their business model, operations, and culture from the ground up. Their commitment to hard work and continual investment in talent and training laid the foundation for an engaged and growth-oriented work environment.
Over the past three decades, Corporate Coffee Systems has grown into a leading provider of office refreshment solutions, acquiring more than 20 other coffee service companies and expanding into a 40,000-square-foot headquarters in Westbury, NY, along with a sales office and showroom in midtown Manhattan. Today, the company boasts over 90 associates, 25 route trucks, and 20 service technicians. Its offerings have evolved with client needs and industry trends to include sustainable breakroom programs, café-style beverages, locally roasted artisan coffee, zero-waste pods, and cold brew options. Corporate Coffee Systems continues to set itself apart as a product-sourcing expert, delivering innovative, customized refreshment experiences for modern workplaces.
